Fair Play: an activity pack about Fairtrade, literacy and football

The Fair Play pack is an exciting collaboration between Dubble Fairtrade Chocolate, Trading Visions and children’s author Tom Palmer.

The pack is crammed full of lesson plans and activities based on Tom Palmer’s book Off Side. It explores some of the themes in Off Side, including Fairtrade, Africa and child trafficking.

We've created a special resource for teachers joining in with Fairtrade Fortnight's cotton bunting decorating activity. This new resource focuses on adinkra symbols, the unusual patterns that feature on the wrappers of Divine Chocolate bars.

Pa Pa Paa

The Pa Pa Paa website has a wealth of free, comprehensive lesson plans and resources for teaching about Fairtrade and chocolate.

Teaching material is aimed at Key Stage 2 (7-11 year olds) and Key Stage 3 (11-14 year olds) students.

Pa Pa Paa LIVE

Subscribe to Pa Pa Paa LIVE and bring Fairtrade to life with interactive online videos made by the children of cocoa farmers. Students can post questions online for young people from a school who Ghana, who then respond in regular monthly webcasts.

Workshops

Trading Visions can come to your school to deliver an interactive workshop telling the bean to bar story of how Fairtrade cocoa gets turned into chocolate, and what your students can do to make the world a better place.
